Estranged Husband

We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He stated he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new location to live.

Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.

We were able to present our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
